- Additional compliance reports available through QIW, our centralized reporting system
- Completion of alpha and beta testing process for EHR Framework (customized EMR templates)
- Went Live at our first pilot location on 12/1
- 2009 plan and budget completed for board approval – our first cycle of doing this as a new organization
