I would like to know if any of our CNEA partners has reexamined their HIPPA consent forms? Would anyone like to share? We are presently looking at ours.
We would like to capture your experiences here and allow you to learn about each other's projects, share information and advice. The information gathered here will also be used by our program evaluators.
