Following up on the lively and informative discussion we had at the grantee meeting on Dec. 2nd, we would be interested to know more about activities and experiences that you feel were instrumental in preparing your organization to embark on the EHR journey. We heard about site visits, leadership training, implementation of CDMS (or other technology) systems and formal readiness assessments that helped you to prepare and build confidence. As part of our evaluation activities, we'd like to know what worked, what you'd do differently, and what you'd recommend to others as they prepare themselves or their clinic members for EHR. If there are several activities that come to mind, please give us some indication of their importance/priority/effectiveness. Thanks!
