ODCHC Budget

ODCHC is currently attempting to leverage CNEA funds to acquire additional funding for EHR implementation. Tranining costs and additional equipment needs have emerged through ODCHC's implementation process. As each clinic has gone live, clinic architecture have produced challenges and resulted in equipment and wiring specific to clinic sites. As systematic issues have arisen, additional training and consultant costs have been incurred as well. With the federal stimulus money, combined with financing and CNEA funds, ODCHC hopes to cover implementation fees,training, and equipment.
