In May we completed the first (and most comprehensive) round of evaluation site visits and interviews, and want to thank all of you for sharing your valuable time and rich experiences with us. As June is rapidly passing by, we'd be interested in a quick update on where your implementation processes are (it never stops, right?) and how you are thinking about optimizing and sustaining the progress made to date. What are you working on? How is your vendor partner responding to your issues? How are you providing on-going training?
As a heads up, beginning in July we will be exploring more deeply the issues of sustainability, getting data out of your system (now that the end users have worked so hard to get the information in), and exploring EHR-based quality improvement.
